Walt Mossberg is certainly one of the most elite technology journalists on the planet. He has two columns focusing on personal technology in The Wall Street Journal and edits a third. More importantly he gets to be the first geek in the country to play with the new toys more often than not.

Last week I mentioned a study that put a price on Mossberg’s influence in the technology world. This week we find out that Mossberg has now signed up for his own show on FOX Business Network. Mossberg’s weekly show will air Thursday mornings at 11:00 AM ET and the first show will air tomorrow.

Mossberg will co-host the show with Dagen McDowell and Brian Sullivan. On the show Mossberg will talk about his “Personal Technology” column and other technology news for the day. Kevin Magee, executive VP for FOX News said, “Walt is the most well-respected personal technology reporter in the industry, and his insights on new products not only influences consumer purchasing behavior but the technology sector as a whole.
