The Instinct is a Sprint exclusive and has proven to be so popular that it has broken sales records for Sprint leading to problems with availability of the device. Best Buy announced today that the Instinct has sold more than any other handset it has carried in the last 2 years.

Best Buy also says that it is offering customers who buy the Instinct in its stores a Walk Out working promise. This guarantees that the instinct is fully functional when the customer leaves the store. The device will be ready to check email and surf the web as well as make voice calls before the customer leaves.
