 Turtle Beach Ear Force X4

When it comes to gaming many people think first about graphics and might not think about sound as being one of the biggest factors in a game. Sound is as important to video game immersion and gaming fun as the graphics are. To get the most from the next-generation video game you really need surround sound. The catch is full surround sound can bother other people in the house.

Turtle Beach announced the newest addition to its line of Ear Force headphones today called the Ear Force X4 Wireless Xbox 360 Headphones with Dolby 5.1 channel Surround Sound. The new headphones are designed to allow gamers to get all the immersion of full 5.1 surround sound without having to run speakers and wires all around your room. The Ear force X4 headphones also feature a mic that allows for chat functionality in games.

 ViewSonic VA2626wm

As a hard core PC gamer there is little better than a large screen LCD with a high resolution, assuming you have the graphics card muscle to push the high resolutions. The highest resolution display that you can get right now is a 30-inch LCD with 2560 x 1600 resolution. Smaller screens drop down to 1920 x 1200 at the most.

ViewSonic announced a new LCD today that is a 26-inch screen size with a 25.5-inch viewable image size. The resolution on the display is the same as your typical 24-inch LCD at 1920 x 1200. The ViewSonic VA2626wm has plenty of inputs for all your gear including a HDMI, VGA, and DVI with HDCP.
